Keith Bradley - Chairman. The Rt. Hon. the Lord Bradley of Withington

 

The Rt. Hon. the Lord Bradley of Withington is Honorary Special Adviser at the University of Manchester. From 2018 Lord Bradley became Chair of Council of Salford University and he is also Chair of MaST LIFTCo and BTG LIFTCo, a member of the Advisory Board on Female Offenders (MoJ) and Trustee of the Centre for Mental Health and the Prison Reform Trust. Formerly Member of Parliament for Manchester Withington 1987–2005, he was Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Social Security (1997–98), Deputy Chief Whip (1998–2001), Minister of State at the Home Office (2001–02) and a member of the Health Select Committee (2002–05). He was appointed a Privy Counsellor in 2001 and ennobled in 2006. The Bradley Report on people with mental health problems or learning disabilities in the criminal justice system was published on 30 April 2009.

Charlotte Douglass - Director

 

Director Charlotte joined the asset management team at Equitix in June 2016. She has particular focus on the real estate assets within the Funds. Charlotte has over 13 years of transactional and advisory experience in Real Estate. Prior to Equitix, Charlotte was an Assistant Director within the Real Estate Corporate Finance team at Ernst & Young – undertaking transactional activity, strategic consultancy and restructuring across the Care Homes, Retail, Office, student accommodation and residential sectors for a range of private and public sector clients. Charlotte trained as a Commercial Property Surveyor at King Sturge, has a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham, an MSc in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of RICS.

Andy Muir - Director

 

Andy is the North West Regional Director for Community Health Partnerships. His previous roles include working across Cheshire and Merseyside as a Strategic Estates Lead in NHS England, and with over 20 years NHS experience, he’s also spent significant time working in Commissioning, Primary Care and Commissioning Support.

Andy gained his Masters at Salford University in 2007, and has extensive experience managing relationships across the public and private sectors. Prior to his NHS career he worked in leasehold and social housing.

Stewart Small - Director

 

Stewart Small is a Board Director appointed by Equitix in November 2022. He holds responsibility for a number of projects across a broad range of social infrastructure sectors including healthcare, education, police and student accommodation.
